Ricky Chatha grew up in a family with over 30 years in real estate, giving him lifelong experience in multifamily operations, renovations, and property management. He holds a Bachelor's in Information Systems & Technology with a minor in Cybersecurity from DePaul University, adding a strong technical foundation to his work.
Before entering real estate full time, Ricky spent seven years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, conducting national security investigations while managing his family's multifamily portfolio. That dual workload strengthened his discipline, decision‑making, and ability to handle complex challenges.
Today, Ricky oversees 100+ units, leads fix‑and‑flip projects across Chicagoland, and consults investors looking to scale. He specializes in negotiations, property management, value‑add renovations, and operational optimization, and helped grow his family's portfolio into one of the largest privately held multifamily operations in Chicago's southwest suburbs while guiding new investors through acquisitions, underwriting, renovations, and long‑term portfolio growth.
